Chris Bosch (MA, MWS, CFRE) has over 20 years’ experience in the non-profit sector and is the principal and founder of chisel. Chris has spent most of his career learning, teaching and facilitating in the areas of strategy development, conflict resolution, innovation and problem-solving using design thinking principles and leadership development. He has been a senior leader with World Vision Canada, taught at three universities, started a non-profit organization, Flourish Financial, to support the capital needs of small and growing businesses in poorer contexts, and led many planning sessions with organizations like Matthew House, World Vision International, Canadian Christian Relief and Development Association of Canada, and several social service organizations.
Chris is certified in alternative dispute resolution, balanced scorecard strategy methodology, adult learning pedagogy, and holds the Certified Fund-Raising Executive designation. He also holds two graduate degrees in the social sciences. Chris lives in Oakville, Ontario with his wife and two teenage sons and enjoys running to raise funds for his favourite charities.
