Christian Ferraro

Lead Consultant

Christian has over five years of experience leading strategic planning for non-profit organizations. He has led strategic planning for several North American charities and charitable agencies in Africa and South America. Christian has travelled to five countries in support of this work. Christian has also led the development of measurement and accountability systems and protocols to advance legal compliance, financial accountability, and M&E for an international charity. Christian also has experience conducting feasibility analyses for social enterprises in collaboration with U.S. universities and a development bank.

 

Christian holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in social sector management and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. He has been called to the Bar of Ontario (2017) and is a Certified Community Mediator. Christian also holds a CPIA (Certified Professional Impact Analyst) designation from Queen's University, furthering his skills in designing and assessing social impact. Christian lives in Kitchener with his wife Athena, a therapist, and their two children.
