Jamie McIntosh is a passionate nonprofit executive with 25 years of experience driving strategic growth and cross-sector collaboration across humanitarian, development, and justice work worldwide. Having secured over $600 million in funding with his teams and provided oversight for more than $1.5B in programming, Jamie has led transformation, sparked partnerships, expanded philanthropy, catalyzed innovation, and enhanced governance in senior executive roles, including 15 years at the CEO level, at World Renew, World Vision Canada, Compassion Canada, Mercy Ships Canada, and IJM Canada. His expertise spans stakeholder relations, strategic partnerships, and public engagement, to advance sustainable solutions with vulnerable communities.

An ordained minister and public communicator, Jamie is passionate about seeing individuals and organizations maximize their social impact. He has served on boards around the world, including VisionFund Democratic Republic of Congo and World Vision China, providing strategic oversight in complex global settings. Holding a Master’s in International Human Rights Law from Oxford University, he is committed to dignity, justice, and locally-led development. Recognized with Canada’s Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, Jamie’s approach is rooted in servant leadership, innovation, and collaboration.
