Christian is a strategic planning facilitator with over seven years of experience helping nonprofit organizations clarify direction, align leadership, and translate strategy into action. He has guided strategic planning processes for many North American charities and organizations in Africa and South America. He has also led the development of measurement and evaluation frameworks, balanced scorecards, and implementation systems that help organizations translate strategy into action and accountability.

Christian has experience conducting feasibility analyses for reputable charities and social enterprises, including a project funded by the Inter-American Development Bank and collaborations with the University of Surrey, Belmont University, and George Washington University.

Christian holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, specializing in social sector management, and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2017 and is a Certified Community Mediator. He also holds the Certified Professional Impact Analyst (CPIA) designation from Queen’s University, strengthening his expertise in designing and assessing social impact. Christian lives in Kitchener with his wife, Athena, a therapist, and their two children.
